Adefolashade Fadeyi—fondly known as Coach Fola—is a Parenting Strategist and Teen Ecosystem Consultant with over 20 years of experience equipping families, schools, churches, and institutions to raise future-ready teenagers.
She is the Founder of ADF Consulting (Adolescent Flourishing), a systems-driven organization that helps communities, educators, and faith-based institutions redesign how teenagers are supported emotionally, structurally, and socially. Through The Executive Parent Ally (TEPA), she also supports C-suite professionals and high-performing parents who want to lead powerfully at work and at home without sacrificing one for the other.

Fola has impacted thousands of teens and families across Nigeria, the U.S., the U.K., Australia, Ghana, and beyond. She is a certified youth mentor, CBT and NLP practitioner, and a youth mental health first aider (USA). She serves as a Mentor’s Mentor with Shine From Within (Australia), supporting a global network of youth professionals, and is trained to deliver the Girl Leadership curriculum, also used at the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls in South Africa.
Her initiatives—especially the Brighter Girls Life Initiative—have reached thousands of adolescent girls with critical life skills, emotional intelligence, and leadership development tools. Fola has been featured in BusinessDay, on national TV, and on global youth empowerment platforms.
