ADF Consulting (Adolescents Flourishing) is a teen development and advocacy consultancy that transforms the environments shaping adolescent growth. Adefolashade Fadeyi—fondly known as Coach Fola—is a Parenting Strategist and Teen Ecosystem Consultant with over 20 years of experience equipping families, schools, churches, and institutions to raise future-ready teenagers.

She is the Founder of ADF Consulting (Adolescent Flourishing), a systems-driven organization that helps communities, educators, and faith-based institutions redesign how teenagers are supported emotionally, structurally, and socially. Through The Executive Parent Ally (TEPA), she also supports C-suite professionals and high-performing parents who want to lead powerfully at work and at home without sacrificing one for the other.

At the heart of her work is a bold national vision: to position the teenage years as the most strategic window for shaping values, leadership pipelines, and generational transformation. Her work goes beyond surface parenting advice, she builds tools, frameworks, and systems that produce long-term change.

She is also a speaker, youth advisor, and the author of Finding Me and Leading Myself.
