This mentoring cycle provides your teenager with the right environment to thrive — both at home, in school, and in life after graduation. It doesn’t replace parents or schools; it strengthens them by serving as an extra, trusted layer of support.

- Bi-Weekly Circles – 2x monthly in-person life skills & reflection sessions
- Mentorship – One-on-one check-ins monthly (Full Circle members)
- Goal-Setting with Journals – Teens set Big 3 goals (personal, school, spiritual) using Leading Myself
- Weekly Accountability – Off weeks for journaling, must-build skill practice, mentor tasks
- Study Skills Support – Specialist-led workshops on learning and academic strategies
- 5th Saturday Skill Labs – Immersive exposure to modern skills
